國(guó)防部：希望有關(guān)方客觀理性看待中俄正常防務(wù)合作

8月8日下午，國(guó)防部新聞局副局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人蔣斌大校就近期涉軍問(wèn)題發(fā)布消息。

記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，中俄“海上聯(lián)合-2025”聯(lián)合演習(xí)期間，一些國(guó)家的飛機(jī)和艦船不斷出現(xiàn)在演習(xí)部隊(duì)周邊。有分析稱，此次聯(lián)演針對(duì)第三方的意圖明顯。請(qǐng)問(wèn)發(fā)言人有何評(píng)論？

Question: It’s reported that some countries kept dispatching aircraft and ships to the vicinity of Chinese and Russian task forces during Exercise Joint Sea 2025. Some analysts claim that this joint exercise was clearly targeted at third parties. May I have your comments?

蔣斌：中俄“海上聯(lián)合”系列聯(lián)演是兩國(guó)海軍間機(jī)制化合作項(xiàng)目，2012年以來(lái)成功舉行10次，已成為兩軍務(wù)實(shí)合作的重要平臺(tái)。目前，參加此次聯(lián)演的雙方艦艇編隊(duì)已按計(jì)劃完成聯(lián)合防空、聯(lián)合對(duì)海、聯(lián)合反潛等課目演練，轉(zhuǎn)入海上聯(lián)合巡航。中俄始終堅(jiān)持不結(jié)盟、不對(duì)抗、不針對(duì)第三方的原則發(fā)展兩國(guó)兩軍關(guān)系，共同為維護(hù)國(guó)際與地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮重要作用。我們希望有關(guān)方客觀理性看待中俄正常防務(wù)合作，停止主觀臆測(cè)和抹黑炒作。

Jiang Bin: Exercise Joint Sea is an institutionalized cooperation program between the Chinese and Russian navies. Since its inception in 2012, the exercise has been held 10 times and has become a key platform for China-Russia military cooperation. Task groups from the two sides have completed planned subjects, including joint air defense, counter-sea and anti-submarine operations, and have transitioned to a joint maritime patrol. China and Russia adhere to the principles of non-alliance, non-confrontation, and not targeting any third party in developing bilateral and military relations, and jointly play an important role in safeguarding international and regional peace and stability. We hope relevant parties will view defense cooperation between China and Russia objectively and rationally, and stop spreading groundless speculation and smears.
