BEIJING, May 22 -- General Liu Zhenli, member of China's Central Military Commission (CMC) and Chief of Staff of the CMC Joint Staff Department, held talks with the visiting General Songwit Noonpackdee, Chief of Defence Forces of the Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTARF), in Beijing on May 22, 2025.

The two sides exchanged views on issues of common concern such as the relations between the two countries and the two militaries as well as the international and regional situations, and reached important consensus on strengthening strategic communication and deepening cooperation in joint exercises and training.

5月22日，中央軍委委員、中央軍委聯(lián)合參謀部參謀長(zhǎng)劉振立同來(lái)華訪問(wèn)的泰國(guó)軍隊(duì)最高司令頌威舉行會(huì)談，雙方圍繞兩國(guó)兩軍關(guān)系和國(guó)際地區(qū)形勢(shì)等共同關(guān)心的問(wèn)題交換意見(jiàn)，就加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略溝通、深化聯(lián)演聯(lián)訓(xùn)等合作達(dá)成重要共識(shí)。
